Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

·        Case Opened (Order Received): Once you place your order, consider it officially “on the record.” We start processing within 2–5 business days.

·        Case in Transit:

o   USA: Usually arrives 5–10 business days after processing.

o   International: Typically 10–20 business days (allow extra time for customs clearance — some countries take longer).

·        Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.

·        Tracking the Evidence: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

·        When We Reopen the Case: We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

·        Deadline to Report: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to file your claim.

·        Not Eligible for Return: Because every piece is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns for size, color preference, or a change of heart. Please review our size charts before ordering — that’s your pre-investigation work.

·        How to File a Claim:

1.     Email info@themurdermindshow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

2.     We’ll review the evidence and send return instructions if your claim is approved.

3.     All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Refunds

·        Once we verify the claim and receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

·        Shipping charges are non-refundable — just like time spent on a bad lead.

Lost or Stolen Packages

·        If tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. We can help with documentation, but we can’t replace packages once they’re marked as delivered.
